Tamarind (imli) Chutney
Tamarind 500g
Dates 10-15 pieces
Salt 1/2tsp
Cumin Crushed red chili 1tbsp
Jaggery (gur) 1 cup
Powder (zeera) 1/2tbsp
Direction
Soak tamarind and dates overnight. The next day removes the seeds from the dates and add the mixture into a pan and add all the above-mentioned ingredients. cook until chutney is thick.
