Chicken Handi


Ingredients

- Yogurt (1cup)
- Fried onion (1 onion large)
-Red chili powder (1tsp)
- Turmeric (1/2 tsp)
- Coriander powder (1tsp)
- Salt (1tsp)
- Garam masala (1tsp)
- Cumin powder (1tsp)
-Cashew nut powder/paste (optional)
-Ginger garlic paste (1tbsp)

Direction:
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients and keep it for at least 2 hours. Heat ghee/oil add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is well done on medium heat. Garnish with green chilies and coriander. Serve with naan.
